Thank you for your interest in applying for Trinity Catholic High School. The information below outlines the steps if you wish to submit supporting documentation for your application. Please do not forget to complete your Common Application Form as well. If at any point you have any queries, please contact [email protected].
Step One
See our admissions criteria to determine which priority your child will come under:
- Practising Catholics
- Baptised Catholics
- All other applicants
Step Two
Complete the Supplementary Information Form (SIF) if you wish to apply as a Practising or Baptised Catholic. If you require a Certificate of Catholic Practice, you can obtain one here.
Step Three
Return the following documents to the school:

The original Certificate of Catholic Practice (if applicable)
- A filled in Supplementary Information Form
- A copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate
